International Journal of Religions and Traditions (IJRT) is a monthly online, open-access journal which is committed to publishing scholarly research findings and insights as research articles, short communications, reviews, and amongst others that have significant impact on religion and traditions.

The journal welcomes researchers, scholars, resource persons and practitioners to come up with their ideas and new perspectives that can extend the existing body of knowledge of different religions and traditional practices.

The journal covers a broad range of topics that can fall under the categories such as: mystery, myths, dogma, mystics, traditions, traditional practices, dogmas, spirituality, cosmic, cosmic gods and goddesses, spiritual Master, Pantheism, Deism, Hinduism, Philosophical theism, Judaism, Jainism, Islam, Christainity, Satanism, Sufism, Baha'i, Yoga, Buddhism, Sikhism, African Traditioanl Religion, Monism, Cultural practice, religious rituals, traditional ritual, harmful traditional practices (HTP), festivals, beliefs and customs, etc. All articles submitted to IJRT undergo blind peer review mechanism(where author(s) to reviewers and reviewers to author(s) details are not know to each other) will be ensured so as to make the review process fair.

Electronic submission of manuscripts is strongly encouraged, provided that the text, tables, and figures are included in a single Microsoft Word file(preferably in Arial font).

International Journal of Religions and Traditions (IJRT) is published monthly (a volume per year) by Academia Scholarly Journals.

Types of paper

Regular articles: These should describe new and carefully confirmed findings, and experimental procedures given in sufficient detail for others to verify the work. The length of a full paper should be the minimum required to describe and interpret the work clearly.

Short Communications: A Short Communication is suitable for recording the results of complete small investigations or giving details of new models or hypotheses, innovative methods, techniques or apparatus. The style of main sections need not conform to that of full-length papers. Short communications are 2 to 4 printed pages (about 6 to 12 manuscript pages) in length.

Short Communications and Reviews: Submissions of reviews and perspectives covering topics of current interest are welcome and encouraged. Reviews should be concise and not longer than 4-6 pages (about 12 to 18 manuscript pages). Reviews manuscripts are also peer-reviewed.
